We’re thrilled to share that My Dead Friend Zoe, music supervised by Laura Katz, will be released in US theaters on February 28, 2025! This film has been racking up awards during its festival run, including Best Feature Narrative film and Best Cinematography at the 25th Annual Woodstock Film Festival, the Audience Award for US Cinema Favorite at the Mill Valley Film Festival, and the Audience Award at the 2024 SXSW film festival. Directed by Kyle Hausmann-Stokes and distributed by Briarcliff Entertainment, the film stars Sonequa Martin-Green, Natalie Morales, Ed Harris, and Morgan Freeman in a tale of a female veteran of the war in Afghanistan who comes head to head with her Vietnam vet grandfather at the family’s ancestral lake house. We’re so happy to see this moving yet hilarious story of friendship, family, and grief resonating with so many audiences, and can’t wait for the rest of the US to see it in just a few months!
