Music Coordinator

Gabbi Coenen is an Australian-born, LA-based music supervisor, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. Prior to joining Supe Troop as Music Coordinator,  Gabbi was a sync licensing coordinator at production music library 5 Alarm, as well as a music coordinator for Dreamboat Music. As a music supervisor, her credits include indie sci-fi thriller The Otherkind, as well as the short films “Bonding” and “For The Love of Basketball.”

In addition to her work in sync, Gabbi also writes and records original music as RVBY MY DEAR, which has been described as “spine-tingling quasi-pop” in the vein of Massive Attack and Beach House. Her most recent self-titled EP (Spirit House Records, 2022) was featured on Bandcamp’s New & Notable and Triple J’s Home & Hosed. She also sings and co-writes with a variety of other artists and groups around the US, including Joanna Wallfisch, Witnesses, Hunter & Wolfe, Hex Vocal Ensemble, and the All Saints Beverly Hills choir.

When not making music or music supervising, Gabbi can be found at a show, in a pilates class, or at the movies watching the latest horror flick or indie gem.
