May 12th, 2021 update: The Night House will now be hitting select theaters August 20th!
A full year after acquiring the film at Sundance 2020 (remember when we could travel to film festivals??), Searchlight Pictures has set a release date for horror film The Night House: July 16! The announcement from Deadline calls Searchlight Pictures “ever the believer in theatrical,” and we also sure hope July will see us (safely) in theaters shielding our eyes from horror films on large screens again.
